These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PakNet VPN service (the "Service") operated by IT Solution LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the PakNet VPN service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features of the Service.

2. Description of Service

PakNet VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and route your traffic through our secure servers. The Service is available on Android and iOS platforms and includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PakNet VPN, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not exceed the usage limits of your chosen plan

4. VPN Usage Policy

You agree to use the VPN service responsibly and in accordance with these terms. The VPN service is designed to protect your privacy and security online. You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Launch network attacks, including DDoS attacks
• Access, distribute, or store child exploitation material
• Engage in copyright infringement or piracy
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spam or conduct unauthorized marketing activities
• Attempt to circumvent or breach security measures of any network or system

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited VPN access with basic features
• Weekly Plan: Premium access billed weekly
• Monthly Plan: Premium access billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: Premium access billed annually

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal from your account settings.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors:

• Android: Stripe (credit card, Google Pay)
• iOS: Apple In-App Purchase

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PakNet VPN. Our refund policy is as follows:

• New subscribers: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
• Renewals: Automatic renewals are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.
• iOS purchases: Refunds for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
• Free trial: No refund applies to free trial periods.

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, you acknowledge that:

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
• Internet speeds and connection quality may vary based on your location, network conditions, and the server you connect to
• Our no-logging policy means we cannot and do not monitor your online activity
• Some websites or services may block VPN traffic

8. Account Rules

• You may create only one account per person
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to deletion

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using PakNet VPN:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malicious software or engaging in cyberattacks
• Attempting to access or use another user's account without permission
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our applications
• Using the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without our written consent

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Any data associated with your account will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• No refunds will be provided for termination due to violation of these Terms

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the PakNet VPN brand, software, website, and related materials are owned by IT Solution LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Solution LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

14. Legal Disclaimer

PakNet VPN is a privacy and security tool. While we take every measure to protect your data and privacy, the Service should not be used for illegal activities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We cooperate with law enforcement only as required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IT Solution LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
