PakNet VPN is currently available on Android (6.0+) and iOS (14.0+). The app is optimized for both smartphones and tablets. We are working on expanding to additional platforms including desktop computers.

PakNet VPN supports multiple VPN protocols to ensure maximum compatibility and security: OpenVPN for industry-standard compatibility, OpenConnect for secure SSL-based connections, IKEv2/IPSec for stable mobile connections, and V2Ray/VMess/VLESS for advanced proxy capabilities.

We offer three premium subscription plans: Weekly ($2.99), Monthly ($7.99), and Yearly ($59.99 — save 37%). On Android, payments are processed securely through Stripe (credit card, Google Pay). On iOS, subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Your premium access activates immediately after payment.

You can cancel your subscription from the app: Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription. You can turn off auto-renewal from there. Your premium access remains active until the current billing period ends. On iOS, you can also manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Yes, new subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if not satisfied. Automatic renewals are also eligible for a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge. For iOS purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Contact us at support@itsolutionltd.com to request a refund.

On Android, we accept credit cards and Google Pay through Stripe. On iOS, payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. All payment processing is secure and PCI-compliant. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

You can create an account directly in the PakNet VPN app. Open the app and tap "Sign Up." You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. You can also sign up using Google or Apple authentication if preferred. You can also use the app as a guest without creating an account.

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. You can also submit a deletion request through our Delete Account page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.

Yes, you can use your PakNet VPN account on multiple devices. Premium plans allow unlimited simultaneous connections. Simply sign in with the same account credentials on each device.

If you're experiencing connection issues: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Try selecting a different server, 3) Turn off Auto-connect and connect manually, 4) Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to compare. If issues persist, contact our support team at support@itsolutionltd.com.

VPN connections may be slower than your regular connection due to encryption overhead. To improve speed: 1) Try a closer server location, 2) Disconnect and reconnect, 3) Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, 4) Use the Smart Location feature to auto-select the fastest server. If it's slow on all servers, it may be your ISP throttling VPN traffic.

Smart Location is a feature that automatically connects you to the best server based on your location and network conditions. It considers factors like server load, ping times, and geographical proximity to ensure you get the fastest and most reliable connection possible.

No. PakNet VPN operates a strict no-logging policy. We do not track, store, or share your browsing activity, connection logs, DNS queries, or any data transmitted through our VPN servers. Our infrastructure is designed so that we have no technical ability to identify individual users' online activities. We only retain minimal account and billing information necessary to provide our service.
