Important Notice

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, all your data, subscription information, and account history will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Delete Account Directly From the App

You can delete your account instantly from within the app:

  1. Open the PakNet VPN app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap on Account Details
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed immediately after confirmation.

If you cannot access the app, fill out the form and we will process your request within 7 business days.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
  • Your active subscription will be cancelled
  • All VPN configuration and preferences will be removed
  • Your email address will be removed from our systems
  • Any remaining premium access will be terminated immediately
  • You will lose access to all PakNet VPN services

Data Deletion Policy

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete the following data within 30 days:

  • Account credentials and personal information
  • Subscription and billing history
  • Device information and connection preferences
  • Usage analytics and app settings

As per our no-logging policy, we do not store any VPN connection logs, browsing activity, or traffic data. Therefore, there is no such data to delete.

In certain cases, we may be legally required to retain billing records for tax and accounting purposes. Such records are limited to transaction amounts and dates, without any VPN usage data.

Request Account Deletion

Fill out the form below to request account deletion. We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email.

Processing Timeline

Our account deletion process follows this timeline:

  • Within 24 hours: You receive an automated confirmation of your deletion request
  • Within 7 business days: Your account is permanently deleted and all data is removed
  • Within 30 days: Any backup copies containing your data are purged

You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Alternative Options

Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

  • Cancel subscription only: Keep your account but stop auto-renewal from Settings > Subscription
  • Downgrade plan: Switch to the free plan instead of deleting entirely
  • Contact support: If you're experiencing issues, our support team may be able to help
